Payton

Quality Control Manager

Payton brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience in residential construction, with a skillset that spans both interior and exterior projects. He’s been part of the Allied Exteriors team for almost two years and values the company’s open-door policy that encourages personal and professional growth.

Certified in welding, First Aid, CPR, and general construction, Payton is also actively working toward a business management certification. He’s committed to continual learning and brings that mindset to every job site.

When asked what advice he’d give to someone hiring a roofer, Payton doesn’t hesitate: “Do your research—I beg of you.” He knows firsthand that roofing is more than materials and labor—it’s about protecting one of life’s biggest investments with care and precision.

Originally from Michigan, Payton has called Fort Wayne home for the last nine years. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and takes pride in his role as a Godfather. On weekends, you’ll likely find him at the local farmers market or relaxing at O’Sullivan’s bar.

To Payton, quality workmanship means going the extra mile to protect the integrity of a homeowner’s investment. One of his most memorable projects was fully renovating a flip house, inside and out, and selling it to a first-time homeowner family of four. “The smiles stick with you,” he says.

Payton is known for making customers feel confident and in control throughout their roofing projects. He’s detailed, transparent, and walks homeowners through every step—whether it involves financing, insurance, or future resale planning. His goal is to remove confusion and replace it with clarity and trust.

The best advice he’s carried with him? Start small, build real relationships, and focus on solutions—not just ideas. It’s a philosophy he lives by every day at Allied Exteriors.
