Rich’s journey in the industry has given him hands-on experience with all aspects of roofing, from materials and techniques to project management and customer service. What he enjoys most is the problem-solving aspect of the job and the satisfaction that comes from giving homeowners peace of mind. “Every roof we install protects more than just a structure—it protects memories, investments, and families,” he says.
Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Rich has lived in the area his entire life. He values the sense of community and takes pride in serving the same neighborhoods he grew up in. Outside of work, Rich enjoys fishing, hiking, spending quality time with his family, and tackling home improvement projects. And in case you didn’t know—he used to be a magician, which still surprises people to this day.
Rich’s favorite local spot? Buffalo Wild Wings—the perfect place to relax, catch up with friends, and enjoy a solid meal after a long day.

One project that stands out to him is The Shepherd’s House, a meaningful build that brought unique challenges and a rewarding outcome. “Seeing the customer’s reaction made it all worth it,” Rich recalls. “That’s why I do what I do.”
